If your allotted time is exceeded, depending on the scope of work, we may handle your request on a fixed-cost or hourly basis. If your plan does NOT include content maintenance, we’ll be in touch with a work estimate before any services are rendered.

Please note that all requests submitted are serviced in the order they are received. Regular business hours are from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday.
