Summary

Our creative team works directly with clients as an extension of their in-house teams, so you must be experienced in providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor through all interactions whether in person, via phone, or email. Regardless of the role, you’ll be required to juggle numerous projects at once, so having the ability to prioritize and shift gears quickly to meet deadlines is a must. We work in a fast-paced environment and it’s critical to maintain a high level of quality across all projects.

Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design (visual communications)
- Have 3+ years of work experience in a creative design position with a knowledge of print production
- Be self-motivated, innovative with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Be highly organized and possess the ability to multi-task and handle multiple overlapping jobs
- Have strong concepting and sketching skills
- Be stable under pressure and have the drive and willingness to learn and accept creative critique
- Be detail orientated, and have good communication skills; both written and verbal
- Be a problem solver and design for a both a specialized and diverse audience
- Have an artistic flair, think outside of the box, and understand (and adopt) the latest design trends
- Have the ability to interpret and execute on a design brief
- Be reliable and take pride in the quality of your work
- Work both individually and in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Have strong design aesthetics
- Be able to conceptualize and design a wide range of materials for print and digital applications
- Be responsive to client feedback with the ability to understand client goals
- Be able to understand and clearly follow brand guidelines
- Prepare rough drafts, concepts, and present ideas
- Source stock photography as projects require it
- Retouch photography for optimal results
- Manage backend of website, make updates, and create mockups for portfolio
- Manage client proofing software and secure file sharing system
- Estimate new projects
- Delegate work and manage freelancers
- Be able to immerse themselves within our specialty industries
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and output systems; communicate with tech support
- Streamline digital workflows when possible and share tips & tricks with the team
- Research various technology, apps, software, and other tech platforms in an effort to improve efficiencies
- Manage Clients and expectations
- Order studio materials as needed
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace
- Attend and contribute to client meetings
- Liaise with online vendors and upload artwork for final output
- Communicate regularly with local vendors and trusted partners
- Maintain digital assets and organized file versioning processes within Dropbox
- Assist Clients with day to day file requests
Software
Proficient in a Macintosh environment with technical knowledge of Adobe® Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Dimension). Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Apple Pages, Keynote and Numbers. After Effects is not required but a huge plus.
