Thanks for your request; normal business hours are from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (ET). We handle requests in the order in which they are received, and we will reach out to you if we have any questions while completing your request. In general, our standard turnaround for handling requests is within a 24-48 hour timeframe. However, if a request is more complex or falls outside of the scope of work, the completion time may be extended.
Depending on your maintenance plan, you may have (1) or more hours of development time available per month. If this is exceeded, we handle requests on a fixed-cost or hourly basis depending on the scope of work.
