Who We Are

Costello Creative Group (CCG) is a multi-disciplinary boutique creative marketing and design studio delivering strategy, execution, and implementation of visual communications for growth-seeking manufacturers.

We provide branding, website, design, and digital marketing solutions that help B2B businesses crystalize their message, modernize their identity, and present a consistent brand experience. This elevated perception helps retain key customers and attract ideal prospects while making their organizations more desirable to skilled talent.

Whether they’re a marketer or business owner, they recognize that their organization is leaving money on the table due to poor optics — an unfortunate result of dated, clumsy, and diluted branding. They recognize their business is losing opportunities due to superficial acts of marketing and inconsistent communications.

Our most successful engagements are with companies that want to grow and have ongoing multi-channel marketing needs. Most importantly, our clients recognize that their time is better spent elsewhere instead of DIY’ing marketing tactics and implementation.

Driven by our core values while harnessing a business owner’s mentality to problem-solving — we pride ourselves on exemplary customer service and guaranteed same-day response. We provide direct access to our design team for concise communication using an all-hands-on-deck approach to creative ideation and collaboration.

Since we hung our shingle in 2012, we’ve proudly maintained an 80% retention rate, an A+ Accreditation by the BBB, and a 5-Star Google Rating. We’ve received over 40 happy testimonies and garnered the respect of our business community, winning over 30 awards for creative excellence from 6 separate organizations.

Our Values

You absolutely must be aligned with our Core Values to be considered.

Costello Creative Group needs a Project Coordinator to manage our internal/client projects and help run the day-to-day operations to take our creative studio to the next level. Your primary role is to ensure our team stays on top of our ever-growing list of projects and tasks through efficient project management and strong communication.

You’ll carefully listen to client requests, gather requirements, parse those into actionable tasks, and delegate to the right team member(s). You’ll then lead, manage, and hold the team accountable for executing the work at their highest level and in a timely fashion.

To be successful in this position, you should understand print design, web design, development, digital marketing, and print production.

Our creative team works directly with clients as an extension of their in-house teams, so you must be experienced in providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor through all interactions, whether in person, via phone/video chat, or email.

You’ll be required to juggle numerous projects at once, so having the ability to prioritize and shift gears quickly to meet deadlines is a must. We work in a fast-paced environment, and it’s critical to maintain a high level of quality across all projects.

A positive attitude and sense of humor facilitate the many opportunities for personal growth that CCG has to offer. Be ready to expand your existing skills by working collaboratively on a range of ambitious and innovative projects to help our team produce the best work possible to satisfy our client’s business goals and objectives. CCG’s vision is to scale, and you just may be an integral part of our company’s success and future growth.
