Summary

Our creative team works directly with clients as an extension of their in-house teams, so you must be experienced in providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor through all interactions whether in person, via phone, or email. Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Have 1-2 years of professional work experience (recent grads may be considered)
  • Have excellent communication, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Be highly organized with excellent time and project management skills
  • Have general marketing knowledge
  • Have a working knowledge of all relevant social media platforms
  • Pay extreme attention to detail
  • Be enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to above and beyond
  • Have a willingness to grow with our firm
  • Basic Photoshop skills is a plus
  • Knowledge of Social Pilot and MailChimp is a plus

Accountabilities

Marketing

  • Assist in building various e-marketing initiatives
  • Research competitors social platforms to get a pulse on the industry
  • Seek out relevant posts (curated content) for daily posts to social platforms
  • Build and grow our social media presence
  • Report weekly digital analytics
  • Write and edit blog and microblog posts
  • Maintain annual editorial calendar
  • Maintain physical and digital mailing lists
  • Research prospects and new business opportunities
  • Curate new marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote and grow our business
  • Contribute to the development of fresh content
  • Craft and mail weekly prospecting letters, brochure ‘swag’ sets, and birthday cards
  • Coordinate production of direct mailings and quarterly print promotions

Administrative

  • Document and create processes for all tasks
  • Build promo packs (swag) for meetings
  • Develop various business forms 
  • Perform research on software platforms
  • Assist with various rebranding activities
  • Write/mail thank you notes
  • Accept mail, sign for shipments, pack, and generate shipping labels 
  • Interface w/vendors and procure pricing
  • Search for stock photography as needed
  • Proofread client and internal work 
  • Coordinate with Executive Assistant to order supplies
  • Assist w/print initiatives and track progress
  • Submit for awards in various design publications
  • Order and send client gifts

Software

A technical knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Other platforms include Social Platforms, Google Sheets, SignNow, MailChimp, Shutterstock, Asana, Social Pilot, DropBox, Slack, and Office Status. Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
