Freelance Graphic Designer

Reports To: Chief Creative Officer | Direct Report(s): None


The Graphic Designer will design for both print and digital applications.


This candidate must…

  • Be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Be able to conceptualize and design of a wide range of materials for print and digital applications
  • Have strong design aesthetics
  • Be responsive to client feedback with the ability to understand client goals
  • Be able to understand and clearly follows defined brand guidelines
  • Prepare rough drafts, concepts, and present ideas
  • Be highly organized and possess the ability to multi-task and handle multiple overlapping jobs
  • Be able to immerse themselves within our specialty industries
  • Have strong concepting and sketching skills
  • Be self-motivated, stable under pressure, and have the drive and willingness to learn and accept creative critique
  • Be detail orientated, and have good communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Be a problem solver and design for a both a specialized and diverse audience
  • Have an artistic flair, think outside of the box, and understand (and adopt) the latest design trends
  • Research and understand the industries in which we work prior to execution
  • Have the ability to interpret and excite on a design brief
  • Be reliable and take pride in the quality of your work
  • Be responsive to client feedback with the ability to understand client goals
  • Work both individually and in a team environment


This candidate should be proficient in a Macintosh environment with technical knowledge of Adobe CC Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign). Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Apple Pages, Keynote and Numbers. Note: Flash and/or After Effects is not required but a huge plus.
